If in future we use your Comments in promoting our website or in any other way, we will not be liable for any similarities which may appear from such use. Furthermore, you agree that we are entitled to use your Comments for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without compensation to you or to any other person who has transmitted your Comments.

4. Conditions of Sale
Where the customer is a company or a person in trade, the consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply. Candrive Holdings Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss to the customer arising from third party claims occasioned by errors in the work or by delay in delivery.
This website is governed by the consumer and sales of goods laws of New Zealand. While intended to operate as a New Zealand online retailer, from time to time, issues around publishing and rights territories and/or publication rules in some countries may restrict supply of goods. In instances where this happens the customer will be notified, and any charges fully refunded.
5. Payments
Orders can be made either directly via the website or by email, telephone or in person.
Full payment is required for all orders at the time of placing the order. Any goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received by Candrive Holdings Ltd. Payment can be made by credit card via the secure payment processing on our website, by direct bank credit or in cash. We do not offer credit or “on account” facilities.
6. Books and Accessories
We do not accept items for return or exchange except in extraordinary circumstances, and with the permission of the Operations Manager of Candrive Holdings Ltd in writing.

7. Customised Books and Accessories
We do not accept customised items for return or exchange except in extraordinary circumstances, and with the permission of management of Candrive Holdings Ltd. It is the customer’s responsibility to check and confirm all details including but not limited to spelling and colours are correct before approving the order.
Once the order is approved by you and confirmed by Candrive Holdings Ltd, full payment is required immediately.
8. Damaged Goods
If your item is damaged or faulty then we will happily supply a replacement. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all goods on arrival. All claims for damaged or faulty goods must be made in writing within five (5) working days of the goods being received, otherwise a replacement will not be offered.
If a replacement is not possible, or not available within a reasonable time frame we will happily refund your purchase. At all times we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
9. Non arrival of Goods
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Candrive Holdings Ltd of non- arrivals. All orders are sent with tracking. Tracking numbers are provided to customers by email as soon as the order is dispatched.
Should your order not arrive within five (5) working days of receiving this notice, notification should be made in writing to the Customer Services Team within seven (7) working days of the order being dispatched. Any notifications made beyond this time may not be followed up by Candrive Holdings Ltd.
10. Order Cancellation Due to Error
Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to a typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund the credit card for the total amount debited.
11. Currency of Trade
Prices on this website are represented in New Zealand Dollars.
12. Pricing
Candrive Holdings Ltd reserves the right to change its pricing at any stage. Candrive Holdings Ltd will promptly and clearly communicate any price change on this website. The price which is payable for the products is the price that is clearly set out on the website at the time you place your order this does not include delivery charges. All prices are inclusive of GST.

There are no hidden costs when purchasing online from Candrive Holdings Ltd. The value of the item shown is the selling price to the consumer for online sales. The cost of freight is calculated and shown during the checkout phase of the transaction.

At all times we work in a secure e-commerce environment. We use Stripe for processing secure on-line payments and do not store any card details. We do not share credit card details with any third parties and the data is not hosted within our own company environment. We take online security very seriously and do not share or sell data to third parties.
